The onDiem Top Talent Promise

If you’re reading this, it’s because you’re the kind of qualified, talented, and dependable dental professional who’d be using onDiem to grow their career. 😊And as one of our industry’s top talents, you’ll naturally be held to some high standards.

Here’s the kind of conduct we expect from all-stars like you on the job:

  • Be on time.

When you use onDiem, you’re agreeing to show up to every shift ready to work and on time. Three documented late appearances per calendar year will result in temporary account restriction.

  • Be there for the full, promised time frame.
We expect you to be at work for the full scheduled shift. But if you experience any issues on the job, contact our support team immediately, and we’ll review the issue ASAP to ensure you’re safe and protected. (If you experience a life-threatening issue on the job, please contact emergency services as needed! Please also contact our HR department—after you receive the emergency treatment you may need, of course.) Walking off a job without the practice’s and onDiem’s permission and without a valid issue or reason, however, is considered “abandonment of a job” and may lead to permanent suspension of your account.

  • Be respectful and professional.
We want every user on our platform, whether they’re looking for work or hiring, to feel safe and valued. If we receive a complaint from any party about “misaligned behavior,” our team will investigate thoroughly to determine the facts and hear both sides. In rare instances where we receive three separate and valid complaints about an onDiem professional, we may temporarily restrict their account. If that “misaligned behavior” is especially disruptive or malicious, we reserve the right to block any user from our platform, cancel remaining confirmed shifts, and remove any and all access to onDiem benefits.

We’ve given you the ultimate freedom to schedule when and where you work—but with great power comes great responsibility. Thanks for sticking to your commitments, and helping us make staffing more reliable and rewarding for everyone!
