Will my healthcare insurance be cancelled if a premium payment is missed?
Learn about your next steps if you miss a payment toward your healthcare coverage.
For the UnitedHealthcare® Gold PPO and Silver POS plans (NexusACO):
If you miss a monthly premium payment toward your selected plan, you may lose coverage. onDiem offers a grace period for you to submit your payment; after that period, if payment hasn't been made, coverage will be suspended. Still, you may re-enroll in our plan during the next open enrollment period.
