All the way back in 2023, we made our Premium subscription completely free for all practice users, new and existing. We did this to help dental practice owners and managers recruit and retain top talent—and to help address the significant labor shortage in our industry. That means all practice users enjoyed generous labor cost savings—industry-low service charges, free permanent job posts, free temp-to-perm conversions, and more—for exactly zero dollars in monthly subscription fees.Through 2024, we listened to our practice community and learned two key things: 1, Loyalty should be rewarded with additional benefits—not a monthly paywall. 2, You shouldn’t have to pay anything until our platform helps you successfully fill your dental chairs. That’s why we decided to retire our subscription plan and introduce a pricing model that rewards frequent use, all while ensuring you only pay when you see real results.
