Who is considered an “eligible dependent”?
Find out who you can list on your enrollment form as an eligible dependent.
An eligible dependent is a person who can gain coverage under a policyholder's health insurance coverage. The policyholder, in this case, is you: the employee whose employer (onDiem) offers health insurance benefits.
Your eligible dependent can be your spouse, domestic partner (depending on state laws), or children under the age of 26.
