Learn about enrollment windows, and when you can select a health insurance plan.
You can sign up for a health insurance plan during your thirty (30) day enrollment window. Your 30-day window can start in a few different ways:
- You select "Start My Enrollment" under "onDiem Healthcare Benefits" in your Employee Portal.
- You book and complete your first job through onDiem. (Note: Leaving one job assignment and immediately starting another does not kick off a “new” 30-day open enrollment period.)
- onDiem's open enrollment period begins. This occurs in November or December every year for coverage beginning January 1st.
During your 30-day enrollment window, you can choose between the Gold PPO plan, Silver POS plan. If you don't choose coverage during that time, you will need to wait until the next open enrollment period before you can enroll.
