What’s the 4-hour grace period?
Maybe you misread your calendar, or maybe your dog-sitter had to cancel, or maybe your thumb slipped. Whatever the case, we get it. Life happens, so we give you four hours after you book any shift to say “Oops, my mistake!” and cancel—without any penalties, and without any questions asked. Remember: This does not apply for shifts that will occur within 48 hours—because our dental practice managers and owners deserve a smooth and reliable experience, too.
