What if I need to cancel my coverage, or make changes?

Make changes to your healthcare plan

For the UnitedHealthcare® Gold PPO and Silver POS plans (NexusACO)

You can make changes to your plan (such as adding coverage for yourself or an eligible dependent) during UnitedHealthcare's open enrollment period—or during what is called a "life-changing event." 

Life-changing events include birth, marriage, death, divorce, adoption, Medicare entitlement, or loss of your prior coverage. Proof of the event must be provided, and you must add your eligible dependents within thirty days of the event.

Send an email to candace.allison@ondiem.com, our HR and Compliance Manager. In your message, please explain your reason for cancelling coverage, and what day coverage should end. This notice should be given to onDiem at least 15 days in advance of your desired cancellation date to allow for processing time.
