What documentation do you accept for excused cancellations?
Depending on the type of excused cancellation, we may ask for proof or verification including but not limited to dated COVID tests, doctor’s notes, or police reports. Documentation should be sent to onDiem within three days.
Keep in mind that excused cancellations automatically turn into unexcused cancellations if we still don’t have the required documents after three full days. For example: If you cancel mid-day on Monday, you’ll have Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to provide your documentation. Weekends count toward this clock, too—so if you cancel mid-day on a Friday, we’d need appropriate documentation by Monday night.
