What do the statuses next to my claimed or submitted Care Benefits mean?
- Pending
Your claim has been successfully submitted and it is waiting for onDiem approval. - Approved
Your claim has been successfully reviewed by onDiem and will be paid in your next paycheck. - Paid
Your claim has been paid on your last paycheck. - Partially approved
If you claimed more than your balance available, we will approve the claim up to the level of what you have available and pay out that amount. - Denied
There was an error in your claim, or it does not comply with the categories of the Care Benefit program. Any dollars claimed will not be lost, but will be returned to your balance to be used on a future claim.
