I was sick for days—and therefore had to cancel several shifts. Does this count as more than one cancellation?
No. If you must cancel several shifts due to a single event, we will count that as a single cancellation. For example: If you’re sick for five days and will subsequently miss three scheduled shifts, we’ll count that as just one absence (not three).
