I need to cancel a shift 4 days (96 hours) or more in advance. What should I know?

If you cancel a confirmed shift at least 4 days (96 hours) before the shift is scheduled to begin, you won’t incur any penalties. Thanks for letting us know in a timely fashion! We will ask you to provide a reason for cancellation—but this will just be for our own insights and record-keeping.
