I did not realize that I had booked a shift with onDiem. What do I do?
When you submit an offer to work a shift through onDiem, it will remain in a pending status until the practice accepts your offer. Once your offer is accepted, the shift is considered booked. You will be notified via email and on your onDiem profile dashboard about your scheduled shift. If you need to cancel your shift, please send an email to support@ondiem.com. Additionally, inform the practice that you are no longer available by using the message box at the bottom of the shift listing in the “Your Jobs” section of your onDiem profile.
