I already booked somewhere else, what do I do?

If you have accidentally double-booked, please note that you can withdraw your pending offer in the “Your Jobs” section of your onDiem profile, as long as the practice has not yet accepted your offer. If your shift has already been accepted and confirmed, you may cancel the shift by emailing support@ondiem.com. Additionally, inform the practice that you are no longer available by using the message box at the bottom of the shift listing in the “Your Jobs” section of your onDiem profile.
