How to set your availability within your onDiem account

Add or remove dates to let practices know when you're available. Here's how.

1. Click on the with 3 lines on the top right of your screen. 

2. Click on Set Availability.  
3. Click on the dates you're available. A dark turquoise circle will appear around the dates you've selected.

4. To edit your availability, simply click on the date again to remove the dark turquoise circle.

Feature update on Wednesday, June 21, 2023: Set your availability by individual day! 

Now, onDiem users can set their availability by selecting individual days. (Previously, availability could only be set by day of the week.) 

 

Additional changes to note: 

Professionals

  • If you haven't updated your status since we revamped our availability calendar in April 2023, your default availability will be set to available.  (If you've made changes since then, these changes will remain unchanged.)
  • Through your availability calendar, you'll be able to see dates you're scheduled to work, in addition to seeing the days and dates you're available or unavailable to work. 

Practices 

  • If an onDiem professional is already booked to work for a particular shift period you will not see the professional in the offer window. (For example: If a professional is booked from 8am to 12pm, they will appear for any shifts that start at 12pm, but won't appear for any shifts that overlap with their 8-12 shift.) 
  • If an onDiem professional marks themselves as unavailable for a particular day, the practice will not be able to see the professional in the offer window, even if the professional is not booked for that time.
