Cancel/remove the professional from the ad to find new coverage if it is still needed. To cancel the shift or remove the professional from the active shift listing:
Cancel/remove the professional from the ad to find new coverage if it is still needed. To cancel the shift or remove the professional from the active shift listing:
- Log into your account
- Click on “Temp Job Posts”
- Look under “Current Temp Jobs”
- Find the job listing you want to cancel and open shift listing.
- Click on the three dots to the right of where it says “edit”.
- Click “Cancel Listing”
- Select the reason for canceling from the drop down menu
- Click “Next”
- Enter more information in the message box
- Click “Cancel this Listing”
To remove the Professional from the shift, and to keep the listing active for another professional to work:
- Follow the cancellation steps above
- Choose from the options in the drop-down menu:
- ‘Offer shift to another professional’
- ‘Relist this shift with changes’
- ‘Relist the shift with no changes’
- Click ‘Continue’ or, you can click ‘Cancel with no further action’
