While we were happy to offer a discounted membership in the first year of our partnership with the ADHA, we are no longer offering that promotion. Existing ADHA members will still receive a $100 bonus in four installments, through their next four onDiem paychecks—plus increased Care Benefits.
We’ve learned a lot from our ongoing partnership with the ADHA: Offering discounted membership sign-ups through onDiem led to some delays in membership verification, which made it harder for users to quickly access their benefits. We also found that the $100 rebate for existing members and extra onDiem Care Benefits were particularly beneficial to those who took advantage of these perks (and continue to do so).
