For the UnitedHealthcare® Gold PPO and Silver POS plans (Nexus ACO):
After you've completed your enrollment process, coverage will begin on the first day of the month after a 60-day waiting period. Note: You'll be charged your monthly healthcare premium on the 15th of each month, which will apply to the following month's coverage. Your July 15th payment, for instance, will go toward your healthcare coverage in August.
