How does PTO accrue?

Eligible professionals earn 1 hour of PTO per 24 hours worked and approved through our timesheet process.

However, shifts (or hours) that cannot be billed for do not accrue PTO. For example, if we paid you, but for whatever reason, we did not charge the practice for your time, those hours will not count toward your PTO balance.
