How do my claimed or redeemed Care Benefits show up on my tax forms?

Care Benefit redemption dollars will show up on your paycheck as a line item, much like your onDiem PTO benefits are shown. onDiem Care Benefits are taxable, so money will be withheld in the same way it would be for your regular income and PTO benefits. This ensures that you have proper withholding to minimize any tax surprises at the end of the year—such as the tax surprises that can happen with 1099 income with no withholding.
