If you need to cancel a shift while an onDiem professional is actively working that shift, here’s what you should know.
- Canceling for “Misaligned Behavior”
If an onDiem professional shows up for work with anything other than respect and professionalism, please contact onDiem immediately so that we can investigate and assess the situation. We’ll take disciplinary action as needed—which could include restricting the professional involved or removing them permanently from our platform.
