How can I get my ID card(s)?
Here's what to know about ID cards for our healthcare plans.
For the UnitedHealthcare® Gold PPO plan and Silver POS plan (NexusACO):
It may take up to three weeks to receive your physical UnitedHealthcare® insurance card in the mail. Still, you are not required to present a physical ID card to obtain services; you can download the UnitedHealthcare app to present the image of your card at the time of your visit.
If your card is damaged, or if you find a mistake on your member ID card, call the number on your card to request a new card. If you have lost your member ID card, contact UnitedHealthcare.
