What if a professional cancels a booked shift—or what if my practice needs to cancel? Will I still unlock a lower service charge on my next completed shift?

Find out how cancellations affect your volume-based pricing.

We count all worked, paid shifts as progress toward a lower service charge. Specifically: If you need to cancel a booked shift, and that cancellation leads to guaranteed pay for the dental professional, we’ll consider that a worked shift, and count that as progress toward a lower service charge. If a cancellation doesn’t lead to any charge, we will not count that shift toward your progress.
