A job popped up that is closer to me and pays more. What do I do?

We kindly request that you minimize the cancellation of accepted shifts whenever possible. Please note that you can withdraw your pending offer in the “Your Jobs” section of your onDiem profile, as long as the practice has not yet accepted your offer. Once the shift has been accepted, the practice relies on your commitment and has a schedule prepared just for you. Canceling a confirmed scheduled shift may adversely affect your chances of being considered for future shifts with that practice.
