Eligible dental professionals on our platform earn 1 hour of PTO for every 24 hours worked and approved through our timesheets.

However, guaranteed pay does not count toward PTO. "Guaranteed pay" refers to any compensation received through onDiem without actually working a shift. You might receive guaranteed pay, for example, if a practice cancels a booked shift on short notice.
