What is the labor markup?

The labor markup is onDiem’s service fee that is applied to all temp shifts. With this onDiem covers all employer-paid taxes, malpractice & liability insurance, license verifications, background checks, etc.

onDiem's labor rate markup for practices on our Premium Plan is 20%. All other practices pay 40%.
