How to block professionals

We understand that sometimes a specific professional might not be the best fit for your practice. You can now block professionals.

To block a professional 

To block a professional:

1. Find the professional you want to block via the professional search page. 

2. Click on the block button at the bottom of the professional card.

3. We will ask for the reason you want to block this professional.

Blocked Pro Card

Blocking a professional will remove the professional from showing up on your searches, from auto-fill offers, and from requesting any of your shifts. 

You can unblock a pro by viewing them under your blocked pro list.

How to view your blocked professionals

To view your blocked professionals:

1: Click on the settings icon located at the bottom left of your onDiem account

2. Click on the Blocked Professionals tab located on the left side column

3. Click on the unblock button located to the right of the professional you want to unblock.

Note: This page details who was blocked and why they were blocked.

Note: Practice users are able to block or unblock professionals that have been blocked by the practice. Account-level blocking is not self-serve, and you would need to reach out to our CS team to block or unblock at the account level.
