How to block professionals
We understand that sometimes a specific professional might not be the best fit for your practice. You can now block professionals.
To block a professional
Reach out to our support team at support@ondiem.com or via live chat located at the bottom right of our website. You will need to provide the email of the pro you would like to block or the first and last name, and the name and location of the practice you would like them blocked from. For practices with multiple locations, you can choose individual locations or all locations. We will also ask for feedback as to why you want to block the professional.
Blocking a professional will remove the professional from showing up on your searches, from auto-fill offers, and from requesting any of your shifts.
You can unblock a pro by reaching out to our support team as well.
