W2 with onDiem

If you worked with onDiem in 2025, your W-2 will be available in your account by 1/31/26.

If you worked with onDiem at any point in 2025, your W-2 will be available in your onDiem account by January 31, 2026.

Once it’s available, you can access it by:

  • Logging into your onDiem account
  • Going to Your Account → See Earnings & Taxes
  • Selecting Annual Tax Documents to view and download your W-2

If you no longer have access to your account due to suspension, you will receive an email from Everee in the next couple days with instructions to sign in and access your W2.

What to expect:

  1. Open the Everee email and click the link to create an account.
  2. Select and enter your SSN.
  3. When prompted, create your account using the same email address that received this email. Please note that it must be this exact email address in order to proceed.
  4. You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code via email. Enter it to continue.
  5. Create a password following the on-screen requirements.
  6. Once logged in, navigate to the Documents tab. Your W-2 will be listed under Tax Forms.
