Each of your posted temporary shifts includes access to a Job Analytics Dashboard. This feature allows you to monitor views, applicants, and offers sent, giving you valuable insight into your job post’s performance.
To access your Job Analytics Dashboard:
Click on "Your Jobs" suitcase icon in the sidebar.
Select the shift you would like to review.
Click on "Analytics" in the sidebar to view the data.
By scrolling down, you will see the following report:
Total views
Offers received
Offers made
and Conversion rate
